2. Exhibit |

The applicable standard for the alcoholic beverages exhibited, as a general
rule, shall be that they be actual products sold on the market. There is
no limit for the number of exhibits. |
| (2) Exhibit fee and deposit | |
[A] The exhibit fee is 5,250 yen per item (including commodity tax). When you exhibit more than 2 items, a 1,050 yen charge (including commodity tax) is applicable to each additional item.(3) Exhibits shall include the following 3 bottles per single item. [A] For display |

| (4) | Please fill in the separate sheet 1 "Exhibit stub" and separate sheet 2 "Attached sheet", then split "Attached sheet" and paste it on each container accoriding to (3), and attach "Exhibit stub" to the bottle for examination with a rubber band. Also, please fill in the necessary information on the separate sheet 3 "Exhibit list", place it in an envelope, and deliver it along with the alcoholic beverage exhibits. |

Jury The staff of NRIB, officials of the National Tax Agency and Regional taxation bureaux, academic experts as well as persons selected by the executive director of NRIB among concerned manufacturers and salespeople. |

(3) Method of examination A sensory examination is conducted by means of a Profile Act. (4) Notification of examination results Each exhibitor shall be informed of the examination results. 4.
