In order to assist in the suitable and fair imposition of an alcoholic beverage tax, and to implement the sound development of alcoholic beverages business, we conduct a research taking into account the requirements of the administration, the needs of alcoholic beverage industry and consumers, and the strategy of the Total Scientific Technology Conference.
Researches on areas that involve particularly urgent needs within society are focused upon as "special research." As for the subjects requiring a swift solution due to the needs of the alcoholic beverage industry, they are quickly tackled as "specific research." In order to ensure consistency and positive balance in the researches on a variety of areas from the raw materials for alcoholic beverages to the end product, the research contents are divided by research and development fields, and being constantly studied as "ordinary research." This includes newly arising research fields that could bring out important research and development in future.
We are promoting the development of technology based on basic research, in order to boost improvements in the technology associated with alcoholic beverages. |
